It’s been 3 years since we dreamed about this little park flyer able to be fun and easy to transport at the same time. “It’s a backpack FPV plane” we thought back then…. “We’ll be happy if we can do some FPV around the block with this…” Time has prove us extremely humble in our goals regarding the Nano Talon: Thousands of units sold all around the world, fan clubs, FB pages and groups, epic FPV trips (up to 35km out and back)… WAIT… again: 35Km OUT AND BACK (credits to Bruno Parini)… Most “big pro” FPV planes in the market cannot even dream about doing that… well, we didn’t do it: You made ZOHD Nano Talon a huge success! To celebrate it, we’re introducing a better Nano Talon: The Nano Talon EVO!

EPP molded wing, built-in CF spar for enhancement, light, flexible and crash resistant. Straight wing instead of anhedral wing to get more stable and agile attitude. Updated SunnySky motor with longer shaft, compatible with regular propellers. Updated 9g servos from plastic gear to metal gear. Updated ESC from 30A with 5V 1A Linear BEC to 30A with 5V 2A Switch BEC. Detachable main wing and tail wing for easy transport, easy to install. Improve connections for better aileron and tails stability Enlarged battery bay for Lipos from 3S to 4S, and Li-Ions 18650 4S 2P 3500mAh Bigger NACA air-inlet provide more air cooling for FPV gear inside the fuselage. Built-in carbon fiber spar and extended plywood inside fuselage for more strength in case of an impact. Optional belly mapping camera bay and camera mount for mapping. Texture marked in both sides of fuselage for a more secure hand launch grip. Optional Teflon cover for fuselage bottom, super durable, protecting the fuselage bottom from scratches on landing

Featuring a bigger NACA air intake will keep your electronics nice and cool.

Built-in carbon fiber spar and extended plywood tray will keep a better structural integrity when you kiss the ground (you know you will… :P )

Unlike V1, now you’ll have a full length Carbon Fiber spar to join the wings. This will not only make it stronger and crash resistant, but also will add stability making the wings stiffer. We also improved the tolerance for the aileron movement, and now you have a tighter joint.

Even with all the mods and strengthening we added, the plane can still be easily disassembled and fit in a mid size backpack for your convenience.

Is it too crazy to get a mapping camera bay on a plane this small? NOT AT ALL! Featuring an optional camera bay, with enlarged belly pocket, you will be able to fit any GoPro from 3 onwards (including the GP7!) and any of the GP clones out there (we all have one of those in our drawler, right? :)

Rough terrain? No problem. Now you will have a Teflon cover for the belly. Land with confidence, you’re not gonna scratch that EPP!

Yes, we heard you! Introduced as a DIY mod by many great pilots in the community, now you will have from stock a Nano Talon with straight wings! (not flimsy PLA mod anymore!)

Wet hands? No worries, the textured side panel will aid you to have the perfect launch.

New SunnySky motor, with an amazing efficiency and 300grams more thrust than the V1. Bye-bye plastic gear servos, and hello metal gear ones. ESC was also updated from a 30A with 5V 1A Linear BEC to a 30A with 5V 2A Switch BEC! Not enough? Now you can also use any prop you want with the standard 5” motor shaft and auto-locking nut.
