OMPHOBBY provides no warranty of any kind for any of the equipment it sells or otherwise distributes and is not liable in case you cause injury to yourself and/or others or if you damage or destroy property with any of the products you purchased and/or otherwise received from OMPHOBBY.

 Errors in Listings

OMPHOBBY is not liable for any issues that may result from incorrectly published product details on our web site.

 In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, OMPHOBBY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. OMPHOBBY shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OMPHOBBY will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

 Returns

RMA Returns can now be handled through "MY ACCOUNT" on the website.  Please follow the steps in the RMA tab under your account.  If the order number does not show up please create an OFFLINE RETURN on that page and notate the order number.  Please do not ship any products back to OMPHOBBY without the RMA approval and packing list that will be provided upon approval through the RMA portal.

 Warranty

For all warranty services, please follow the above procedure to obtain an RMA number so we can process your request without confusion and delay.  Products arriving without the required documentation may be delayed in the warranty process.

 All warranty periods are calculated from the date of shipping.  All products should be tested and inspected at time of customer receiving product. 

 New Product Return

If you are not satisfied with our products or our services, you can return the products within 30 days from the date that you receive those items and your payment will be fully or partially refunded depending on the condition of the returned product. Products purchased more than 30 days may be exchanged for warranty but are not eligible for refund. Please follow the above procedures for acquiring RMA approval.

Returned product should be in mint condition. Damaged products that are not covered by warranty are not eligible for return and refund. All accessories come with the product should be sent back together.

 No restock fee will be charged if the product is in new condition with its original packing. Otherwise a minimum 10% or up to 20% restock fee of the original price will be charged depending on the condition of a returned product.

Refund will be deposited into the account you made payment to us. Please allow us 3-5 working days to check the product before refund is released.

In any cases shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping cost will be deducted from free shipping orders.

 OMPHOBBY will not ship to freight forwarding services, any order with shipping address representing a freight forwarding company will be cancelled and refunded without notification.

 You select USPS, or UPS or any other carrier OMPHOBBY offers. 

If you select USPS mail service, OMPHOBBY will send your packages with United States Postal Service ("USPS"). Depending on the type of USPS service you choose (First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail) the package may show receipt by the USPS, but may not show any tracking information after it was received by the USPS. Even mail service types that typically provide full tracking information to your location may sometimes not show any information beyond the USPS receiving the package. OMPHOBBY has no influence or control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system of your country. OMPHOBBY can not be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier or your local country's postal service.

 Lost Packages

 If the tracking information for your package shows receipt by any of OMPHOBBY’s mail carriers, OMPHOBBY is not responsible if your package never arrives at your location. No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the mail system either in the USA or in your destination country. Almost all packages sent by OMPHOBBY reach their recipient & destination.

 Depending on your ship to address, it can take much longer than indicated for a package to reach you and independent of the mail service you chose during check-out. The delivery time frames provided are averages for most mail pieces. OMPHOBBY is not responsible if a local Mail Carrier delays the arrival of your package due to custom holds or other issues. OMPHOBBY does not provide refunds in case your package is delayed.

 We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
